Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions:  
Services: Jazmine (Business ID: 1943569-6, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides wellness services, such as massage treatments and art therapy services.  
Customer: A person who books or purchases services from the Company.  
2. Making a booking:  
Service bookings can be made via the Company’s website, by phone, by email, or through other communication channels used by the Company.  
A booking confirmation will be sent to the Customer via email, text message, or the communication channel used by the Customer to contact the service provider.  
3. Prices:  
All prices include the applicable value-added tax.  
Any discounts or special offers will be announced separately.  
4. Payment terms:  
Payment is made on-site at the time of service or in advance via online payment.  
Invoicing is possible by agreement.  
5. Satisfaction guarantee:  
The Company offers a satisfaction guarantee for massage treatments. If the Customer does not feel any relief or benefit from the treatment, the Company will refund the prepaid amount or waive the charge for the treatment.  
Dissatisfaction must be reported within 7 days of the treatment. Compensation is available for a maximum of one treatment and only once per customer. If the Customer acknowledges relief from the issue during the treatment visit, the right to compensation no longer applies.  
6. Return and cancellation policy:  
Service rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked appointment.  
If a service is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Company will charge 50% of the service price and any applicable invoicing fees.  
If the Customer does not show up and does not cancel the appointment, the full price of the service and any invoicing fees will be charged.  
7. Limitation of liability:  
The Company is not responsible for any damages caused by factors outside the service or the Customer's own actions.  
8. Privacy policy:  
The Company handles customer data confidentially and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Detailed information about data processing can be found in our privacy policy.  
9. Dispute resolution:  
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the nearest mediation office or, as a last resort, to a district court.  
10. Changes to terms:  
The Company reserves the right to change these terms of service. Changes will be announced on the Company’s website and via email to Customers if the change affects existing bookings.
