Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions:
Services: Jazmine (ID: 1943569-6. after this referred to as "Company") offers wellness services, including massage treatments and art therapy guidance.
Customer: The individual who makes a reservation or purchases services from the Company.
2. Placing an Order:
Service reservations can be made through the Company's website, by phone, email, or any other communication channel used by the Company.
A reservation confirmation will be sent to the Customer via email, text message, or other messaging service used during contact with the service provider.
3. Prices:
All prices include value-added tax (VAT).
Any applicable discounts or offers will be specified separately.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment is made on-site during the service or in advance via online payment.
Invoicing is available as agreed upon.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee:
The Company offers a satisfaction guarantee for massage treatments. If the Customer does not experience any relief or improvement from the treatment, dissatisfaction must be reported personally during the treatment session. In such cases, the Company will refund the prepaid amount or waive the service charge.
A refund is limited to one 90-minute treatment and is applicable only once per Customer.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Service rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved appointment.
If the service is cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved time, the Company will charge 50% of the service price along with any applicable invoicing fees.
If the Customer fails to show up for the appointment without prior notice, the total service price along with any applicable invoicing fees will be charged.
7. Limitation of Liability:
The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from external factors or the Customer's own actions.
8. Data Privacy:
The Company processes Customer data confidentially and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. Detailed information about data processing can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be addressed at the Pirkanmaa Mediation Office or the Pirkanmaa District Court.
10. Amendments to the Terms:
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be notified on the Company's website and via email to customers if the modification affects existing reservations.
